I have to correct an earlier review! It does indeed work for sleep! Here is what I learned. I need a full dropper 90 minutes before I want to fall asleep. Then I am able to fall asleep and sleep through the night. A little groggy, upon waking up, but that dissipate within 10 - 15 minutes. NOTHING else works…I have tried every supplement and prescription meds like ambien. This does the trick!
